Managing Partner
Jim McMullen is the founder of Royal Blue Capital. Prior to founding the firm, Jim had a career as an M&A attorney, working in the Dallas office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges before leading the deal team for YRC Worldwide's global logistics acquisition strategy.

Jim specializes in deal structuring and financing, negotiation, and execution.

Jim holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas Law School, as well as a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
